Until We Meet Again

People come, and people go.

Some bring lessons we need to know.

Some guide us toward a brighter dawn.

Their footprints linger, though they’re gone.

Your absence cuts, though not for long.

Yet memories keep my spirit strong.

Through fights, through laughter, through each cheer,

I hold the pieces, though unclear.

I hope we grow, hand in hand

Two souls that time cannot disband.

Your prayers will walk with me each day.

Lighting my steps along the way.

And as I climb, as dreams unfold,

I’ll share my triumphs, bright and bold.

For every joy, I’ll think of you,

And make you proud in all I do.

So farewell now, but not goodbye.

Our bond will live; it will not die.

Until we meet, my dearest friend, mentor, brother, and father,

This joyful journey will not end.
