Mysteries of Life

Life eludes human understanding,
A tunnel with no light at the end.
Family turns against family,
While friends become more than kin.
It’s disheartening to witness the way
People mistreat those they should cherish.

Who do we share our story with,
When our hearts are heavy with pain?
Humans turn cannibalistic,
Killing has become the norm,
Arguments lead to bloodshed.

Deciphering this mystery is futile,
Like finding a needle in a haystack.
Why not leave it as it is,
And embrace the unknown?
