Decades of tireless effort saw the business reach unprecedented levels of success, but the arrogance of the owner began to overshadow the success we had all diligently achieved. His autocratic leadership chased employees away, who approached me with their grievances regarding unfair dismissal and workplace safety. Determined to act against these problems, I worked day and night to battle for justice, upholding the very philosophies that had seen me a leader in my entire career.

His threats to fire me did not intimidate me, as I was aware of my value going far beyond the horizon of his organization. As a first-rate marketer and policymaker, I had nothing to lose. I vigorously maintained that my integrity was higher than any given position, a stance which bruised his ego and angered his anger. His lack of current management techniques additionally contributed to his inability to lead.
Ultimately, I decided to recuse myself from the firm, deciding to exit with my integrity intact. My former colleagues, respecting the principles that I uphold, urged me to start my own company. Reluctantly at first, I capitulated to their demand, vowed to build a workplace founded on justice and cooperation. We established an organization that struck like lightning, gaining respect everywhere.
