Poem Dedicated to Edward Kutin in solidarity

When death, with jiffy speed, did take from hence a gem so fair, so pure:
Tears like rivers flowed through the night, secure.
Pillows soaked, like Noah’s flood untamed,
Heartbeats faded, silences unclaimed.
Where your love once stood, now there is a void.
An empty keep, where echoes brood.
A Vacuum full vast, no sea can fill
The foundation is gone, and the family continues to search for it.
Why in such haste is our instant cry?
Yet heaven is silent, no earthly reply.
God’s ways are higher, we bow and sigh,
Trust His wisdom, though we ask why.
May Mother Mary walk beside you.
A smooth guide in heaven’s tide. Rest in peace, all souls set free. Carried by the angels to eternity.
