It is a time when health practitioners must not overlook the importance of raising awareness about the necessity of screening for breast cancer and its related issues. Most importantly In the lives of every Catholic, October is also a time for us to reflect on the Mother of Christ and her unwavering faith that granted humanity another opportunity to experience the love of God.
Throughout the years, countless individuals have shared powerful testimonies about the transformative impact of reciting the Holy Rosary and placing their trust in it. These testimonies serve as a testament to the goodness of our God and His willingness to listen to the needs of His children. As a loving Father, He never turns His back on us, no matter how wayward we may become.
Just as a mother would never stand idly by while her children suffer, Mother Mary does not sit back and watch us endure the trials of life without intervening on our behalf. Like St. Monica prayed fervently for her son St. Augustine and her husband, Mother Mary tirelessly intercedes for her children.
Whether you identify as Catholic, Anglican, Pentecostal, Charismatic, or belong to any other Christian denomination, it is essential to remember that in October, and every other month, we should place our trust in Mother Mary and seek her intercession. Let us embrace this month with boldness and faith, knowing that we have a powerful advocate in the Mother of Christ.
